Inside the Moshpits of Ken Carson

Hi, My name is Scotty Hunter, I’m a video journalist from Columbus, Ohio. A little over a year ago I would have considered myself A small Playboi Carti fan. Wasn’t even super interested in him and I didn’t even know what Opium was. I got a free ticket to attend the Carti concert in Columbus and that was the first time I saw Lone, Ken, and Carti perform. Ever since that night, I was an obsessed Opium fan. When I heard Ken was coming to Columbus I instantly knew I wanted to shoot a short film of the concert because I knew how dedicated and die-hard the fan base would be. I got some really good interviews with fans and I think I did a good job of expressing what Opium culture is all about. The fans were absolutely crazy! When I was talking to the venue owner before and after the show he talked about how amazed he was and said he’s never seen a crowd like this. Gotta put some respect on Opium Culture after that! With Destroy Lonely and Homixide Gang coming to Ohio in the next few weeks, I look forward to making another video where hopefully I can interview the artist and ask them some questions the fans are craving to know.
